I am Andri Rahmat, an advocate, legal counselor, tax attorney, and mediator practicing in Jakarta. My approach is simple: understand the root of the problem, explain it in plain language, then pursue the most effective path, whether through mediation, negotiation, or the courtroom.
Andri Rahmat, S.E., S.H., BKP., CPM. is an advocate, legal counselor, tax attorney, and mediator practicing in Jakarta. Through Andri and Partners he handles civil mediation, land and lease disputes, contracts, and the defense of corruption cases. Through HANNA CONSULTING he supports taxpayers as a tax advisor, from planning and compliance to objections and appeals.
His education in business, law, and legal practice lets him look at a matter as a whole: legal aspects, financial risk, and business impact are weighed from the start. He is currently pursuing graduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, focusing on the rule of law.
Beyond practice, he writes actively. His work includes the book Dinamika Praperadilan (Dynamics of Pretrial Proceedings) and articles on constitutional supremacy and the ultimum remedium principle in tax criminal law enforcement.
